It has been a long journey from graduating from the University of Civil Engineering and Architecture in 1992 with honours to open from zero the fast food restaurant chains such as McDonald’s, KFC, Burger King and Pizza Hut in five different countries. This provided a tremendous amount of experience for the creation of Crocus Consult. The decision to create a partner company for restaurants and cafes was driven primarily by the needs and demands of franchisees, top-managers and owners of both fast food restaurant chains and single cafes and restaurants. Our clients choose our services to simplify restaurant openings and save financial resources. We act as the main contractor and hire subcontractors as they are needed on the project. We also know almost everything about the equipment, fixtures and furniture for your future restaurant. We cooperate with major construction and equipment companies where we have significant discounts that we further provide you with. My team is a great team that I have been working with for over twenty years, each of them has been certified by major equipment suppliers such as Franke, Duke and etc. I have also been successfully certified by numerous courses and trainings at McDonald’s, KFC and Burger King over the past 20 years. One of our main objectives is to save the cost of opening a new restaurant without compromising the quality of the work performed and therefore we fully control all stages of construction and the materials used. We also handle the ordering and transportation FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment) and later installing and start up the new restaurant. In case of need, we take care of the OS&E (operating supplies and equipment) on an annual base in order to prevent unexpected failures in the operation of the facility. We have the possibility to work in all EU countries and we are as Crocus Consult Team always ready to support you to grow your business more efficiently and effectively.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
